One thing we all find out at some point or another is that every human being
farts. Yep, you heard it right, folks. There's no getting around common
flatulence. It doesn't matter if you're a 12 year old boy, or a 30 year old
woman; you're doing it! Even Brad Pitt and Jessica Alba are passing gas. Now,
since we've established that there are NO exceptions to the rule, what can we do
about this natural, yet embarrassing habit? There have to be a few good
flatulence remedies out there somewhere. Or, we could just all let-em-rip and
simply pretend that it's someone else. Na, that never works!
I have one word for you when it comes to flatulence; Beano! This is one of the
coolest inventions ever. It's not just one of your basic flatulence remedies,
but it's actually an all-natural solution. This is the way to go in my book. The
last thing we need is more chemicals and foreign substances in our bodies. I'm
shooting for the natural stuff. The other path seems to lead to cancer and
health issues. You can pick up a bottle of Beano at any food or drug store.
Okay, since we're on the topic of gas and flatulence remedies, it's imperative
to mention what brings on this smelly affliction. Here are a few of the common
culprits; beans, onions, foods high in fat, broccoli, dairy products, and
sometimes new-age supplements. Get the picture? Foods that will not require the
use of flatulence remedies are as follows; water. Haaa, just a little joke
there. But seriously, if you want to avoid common flatulence at a certain time,
you might consider steering clear of the foods I mentioned above. Most people
don't really think about it, but fast food is a major one. It's so loaded with
fat that it naturally brings about gas issues. Better stock up on the Beano if
you're headed to Wendy's or Burger King and time soon.
One thing everyone should know and remember is that flatulence is NORMAL. If
your body is literally never passing gas, I'd have to say there is something
wrong with you. On the other hand, if you're in desperate need of flatulence
remedies every day, you may want to re-evaluate your current diet plan.
